Repack Your Chair
Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand the package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
